TEDxStLouis is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to lead our email marketing, communications, and outreach efforts. From driving ticket sales for our community events to building lasting engagement with our audience, this role is at the heart of how we connect with the St. Louis community.
Whether you're an experienced marketer or someone with strong writing chops ready to grow into the role, we'll provide the collaboration and support you need to make a real impact. If you love crafting compelling narratives, playing with data, and seeing your work come to life in inboxes across the region, this is for you.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy that supports TEDxStLouis' mission and strategic goals.
Lead email campaigns that drive ticket sales and engagement for our large community events.
Write engaging, specific copy that draws on current events, local news, and the speakers featured at upcoming events.
Build and manage email content in MailChimp, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the TEDxStLouis brand.
Analyze campaign performance and report on results to continually optimize engagement and reach.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Communications, the Programs Team, and the broader Communications Team to align messaging across the organization.
