What you need to know:
Time:
Doors open at 4:30pm, at which point snacks & refreshments will be available and the Exhibitor Lounge is open for viewing & interacting. Light pre-show appetizers will be served until approximately 5:45. Act I TEDx talks will begin promptly at 6:00pm. There will be one short intermission with more snacks & entertainment before starting Act II. All guests are invited to stay for the Act III after party immediately following the talks!
Directions & Parking:
Ripple Effect is held at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center, located at 1 University Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63121. Click for Google Map Directions.
There are FREE parking lots and garages surrounding the building. Patrons can park in these lots without a permit starting 2 hours prior to the show.
The Touhill is located on the UMSL north campus, near the I-70 and I-170 interchange in north St. Louis County. If this is your first visit to the Touhill, please give yourself plenty of time before the performance to familiarize yourself with the UMSL campus, parking, and venue. Click for more info.
Ticket & Registration:
Tickets ordered prior to 10/20 will be mailed to the address indicated during purchase. If you ordered after 10/20, or opted to pick up at Will Call, please present your ID at the box office to retrieve your ticket. Take your ticket to the Registration Table (adjacent to the box office) to receive your attendee badge, program, and swag bag (if VIP).
$10 Bottomless Happy Hour Cups* are available for purchase at Registration. Some ticket levels receive complimentary cups.
Food & Drink:
Light pre-show appetizers will be served until approximately 5:45, with snacks & treats available during the break. VIP ticket holders have access to a private lounge with food & drink; please take advantage!
*Bottomless happy hour includes select beer, wine, and the specialty TEDx cocktail as noted at the bar. Other drinks are available for purchase.
